A simple teak floating (wall hung) cupboard, with drop down door, from the Tapley SL range, designed by Robert Heritage for Beaver & Tapley and launched in 1961. Influenced by similar Danish pieces, a concealed batten makes easy fixing to the wall. A stylish, practical piece.

SL stands for spirit level because there was one in every batten. Original label on batten.

In good condition with refinished top, although a previous mark is still visible.
