Ribbed matt yellow vase, model/colour no. 3980, by Carlton Ware c1935. A very striking large vase from the engine-turned range made between 1935-41.

While from the late '30s, the clean lines and shapes of the engine-turned range are more or less mid-century and similar in style to the designs of Keith Murray for Wedgwood.
