Milk and sugar decorated in green 'Market' pattern by Turi Gramstad Oliver for Figgjo Flint. The wonderful whimsical design on the milk jug depicts a fruit / flower seller and a vegetable seller, in folk dress, amidst flowers. The sugar bowl is decorated with fruits and vegetables.

Figgjo Flint green "Market" design was in production from 1966 to1980. Each piece in the series features a different scene of characters at food markets dressed in folk style costumes. It was a very popular pattern in the late 60s to early 70s that has stood the test of time!
